Why?
People nowadays seem as if they do not care at all. They have the "takpe lahh"/"ala sikit jee nii" attitude.
Most of the Malaysian arent looking forward to help the government on taking care the river..throwing rubbish to the river seems like an easy way to get rid of the garbage without has to walk to garbage bin.
because the campaign only joined by goverment bodies not the public. it need to be more acceptable by the community; something that in the trends or something really catch the people's heart.
none of the problem is solved .
Malaysian citizen doesn't really care about campaign
